My mom, Susan, has been battling stage 4 primary peritoneal cancer since May....chemo, surgery, more chemo. She’s been hospitalized with great pain. Praying she can digest and pass food or she will have to decide on another surgery, or possibly hospice. Please stop and pray. She is young, beautiful, and full of faith. She has had one set back after another. Yet her faith has remained strong. We are praying for a miracle!! God can!! Thank you!! Your prayers mean so very much!!!!

My friend, Allison is continuing to have such a rough time. She has allergic reactions to her chemo so they have decided to start a different chemo. She had to have her first port-a-cath replaced and then developed two blood clots not far away so now the second port has to be removed. She will just get the chemo in her arm. She had a really tough few days and her hair is starting to come out now. All the while she remains hopeful and with her faith that the Lord is working and in control. Thank you for praying for Allison.

I was notified this week that my CT scan and subsequent biopsy revealed that the breast cancer has spread to other parts of my body. Mainly two specific lymph nodes: one near my esophagus, and one near my bronchial tubes. There are also multiple places on my lungs. The dr said that was good news it wasn't lung cancer. Even though it sounds scary, breast cancer in other areas, has better chance of being treated and "cured"... yes he said cured! I'm praying this is the case for myself and so many others going through this nightmare.

I will be starting a clinical trial the first full week of November. I will be one of 72 participants chosen to take a combination of two drugs. One is the first to show positive results in treating TNBC but has not been approved in the US yet. This study will help that happen showing that the results are good and the cancer can be stopped. Please pray for safety through this that I don't experience any negative side effects. And overall that it works and takes away this cancer forever. Thank you all!

For my friend Gina. She has asked for the following:

"I'm waiting for a Mammaprint genomic test that will tell me if I need chemo or not. Please pray for me for a result that is "low-risk" then I will not have to do chemo. In which case I will have just a lumpectomy plus radiation. This has been my prayer these days. And to be brave!"

Pls pray for a clean petscan and resolution of pleural effusion. May the shots/chemo work on this cancer. Remission is needed. Thanks.

My niece, Robin, begins chemo on Oct. 17 for 18 weeks; 6 rounds. She will then have a month off and then have surgery; another month off and then begin radiation. Please pray that Jesus will reveal Himself to her in a great a mighty way and can learn that He is the way, the truth and the light. Please pray that Robin remains peaceful and confident in the doctors treatment plan.
